Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing method originating from Japan. Reiki translates to “universal life force energy” and can be done hands on or at a distance. It can help restore health, balance, and vitality to the mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki Level I is traditionally known as Shoden, and grants students a fundamental understanding of Reiki healing principles.

Reiki I and Reiki II can be purchased either together or separately.

AUDIENCE:

Healers and aspiring healers interested in expanding their skill set in energy work and desiring to support the vitality of family, friends, clients, and the community.

Class is limited to 6 individuals.
