I have over a decade of experience as a Reiki master and energy worker. I have avidly pursued psychological healing for my own life, and I use the invaluable lessons gained to convey wisdom and healing to others. I have studied family systems, attachment styles, parts work, inner child work, and psychedelic healing with entheogenic medicine and ketamine.

I strongly believe in our capacity to heal both as individuals and as a united planetary community. I believe that we retain a deeply embedded blueprint for the perfect health of our bodies and emotions. I offer services that tap into this rich trove of inner healing wisdom and bring us back into alignment with our innate blueprint. We live in a time when everyone on Earth and the planet herself has known significant suffering, oppression, trauma, and loss.

I am a trauma-informed healer and I come from a background in behavioral health focusing on ketamine therapy to foster mental and emotional healing. My journey has led me to work extensively with PTSD, and long standing traumas.

As a Reiki master in the Usui lineage for 13 years, I have also received additional Reiki training in the Templar Degree lineage and the Tibetan master empowerments, Dai Ko Mio and Raku.

Outside of my professional practice, I am passionate about health and fitness. I exercise for physical and emotional wellness multiple times per week running, lifting weights, or hiking in nature.

I am a world traveler at heart, and I have a passion for exploring the beauty of nature whenever my schedule allows. My favorite trips to date have been to the lush rainforests and rich oceans of Costa Rica, historical Italy, and the vast mountainous landscape surrounding Denali, Alaska.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and pets in our beautiful forested home in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
